Wonders shall never end!

Disgraced former Governor James Ibori of Delta State bought a full-page advert in a Nigerian newspaper to congratulate former Governor of Bayelsa State, Diepreye Alamieyeseigha, on his 60th birthday.

The advert appeared on page 16 of The Nation newspaper reportedly owned by former Governor Bola Tinubu of Lagos State.

Ibori hailed Alamieyeseigha as “governor-general of the Ijaw Nation.” In the four-paragraph statement, former Governor Ibori also sympathized with Mr. Alamieyeseigha over the latter’s ostensible persecution.

He encouraged the former Bayelsa governor to seek solace in the purported confidence of Ijaw people in him, and expressed confidence that would be vindicated in future.

He concluded by wishing that the former Bayelsa governor would enjoy a “rich and rewarding” life he has succeeded in making for himself.

Speechless!

why are we surprised dat ibori is congratulating his thieving friend from prison?, if not for the uk govt, ibori will still be walking about in nigeria as a free man, afterall the EFCC cleared him of all charges! unless a revolution happens, there is no moving forward for this country. all the govt officials in this country are thieves! no exceptions, they are all thieves! God help us.
