After going through a year full of mixed feelings like the arrival of their twins and frightening health scare on Nick, Mariah Carey and her beau, Nick Cannon renewed their wedding vows in Paris on Friday night in a private but very classy event.
The event held Paris’ Plaza Athenee Hotel was witnessed by very few friends of the couple and of course their twins were also present.
