Nollywood actress, Monalisa Chinda sets the record straight. “I am not half caste, I am a full Nigerian. My Mum is Igbo and my Dad is from Ikwere. It pains me when people call me half caste. I was born and brought up in Nigeria”, said Monalisa. The light complexioned actress who divorced from her husband Segun Dej0-Richards, said she never wanted to be an actress. Her parents wanted her to study law but she ended up studying theatre at the University of Port-Harcourt. The gorgeous actress is the first of six children and she has a daughter from her marriage to Questionmark entertainment boss. Monalisa’s ex-husband, Segun recently got married just a couple of months ago and fans are begining to wonder if the actress will remarry anytime soon. Time will tell.
